This unique walnut piece was made for The Cove Bike & Ski shop in Dillon, CO. The bottom level houses a vintage 1975 Pioneer stereo receiver, while the top two trays hold small products for sale and display at the counter. The design driver was maintaining proper ventilation of the stereo while creating small, purposeful spaces for displaying retail products. A unique step-up over the stereo created a dedicated cross-section for vent flow, while simultaneously making a nook space for additional product storage. Lips on the upper shelves keep everything organized and prevent clumsy hands from accidentally knocking items off the front.
